The teacher of music of the highest category of the Ural Humanitarian and Technical College Idrisova Alma Rakhatovna took part in the republican scientific and practical conference for teachers of organizations of technical and professional education, masters of industrial training on the topic "Modern tools and mechanisms of innovative development", held by the higher modern college of the Caspian region on the ZOOM platform on March 31, 2021 and shared her experience "Training of music directors in accordance with the requirements of the time".

At the conference, teachers of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Karaganda, Kokshetau, Semey, Mangistau, Aktobe, Atyrau, Uralsk, etc.worked in sections, exchanged experience on new innovations in the system of technical and vocational education, technologies, relevance, features of the updated training program, modular training, distance learning.
