The second day of the festival is December 6, physical education teacher A.M. Khabiev held a lesson in the 1st KSHF group on the topic "Rolling down: back, forward". The purpose of the lesson is to improve the qualities of endurance and flexibility of students, to educate them in patience. During the lesson, students freely performed exercises such as rolling forwards and backwards on the gymnastic mat, balancing on the gymnastic seat, making a figure of a swallow on the gymnastic chair, walking on the tip of the legs with arms outstretched, and walking with the knees up. In feedback, students performed group and individual tasks and confirmed the topic.
